More Frozen Banana Goodness

That frozen banana “ice cream” really is too easy not to make.

Peel bananas, freeze, blend.  Add whatever you want to it.  Blend more, if you want.  Eat it like a pig at a trough.

I could have frozen the bananas for this batch a little longer to get a thicker, more frozen, consistency.  I barely had them in the freezer for an hour and a half.

However, it was half time during yet another shitty Thursday night NFL game and I just didn’t feel like waiting any longer.

My mouth didn’t complain.

After blending the frozen bananas, tossed in cinnamon, bashed up raw almonds and some dried cherries.

 

Voila! That shizz is good ’nuff to eat.
