Spinach sausage, pear, and egg poached in jerk seasoning.

    What kind of sausage?

      It was a spinach and feta sausage. I started the whole process trying to use the sausage because it was getting short on shelf life.

      Try to imagine I used a sausage that sounds like it would blend better with the rest of it :P

      It was still tasty.
