Lennon post, reprised

I was just thinking about a dream I had last night.  I was playing golf back home with my Father and two brothers.  It was mostly nonsense.  Some foolishness and a little bickering.

The 18th hole is a medium-length par four that ends in a rather steep hill, with the green sitting up high.  When we got there, King Kong was waiting.

After finishing out on the 18th, the dream morphed into a battle between two space armadas, with me and Kong stealing a ten-crew-capacity war ship and heading back down the hill at the 18th hole in an attempt at rescuing a nice looking young woman trapped in a sort of DMZ deep in the woods.

For obvious reasons, this brought to mind the four members of The Beatles and Yoko.

In penance for my previous, crass post, I offer a more sincere remembrance of John Lennon with this tune, which I find a pleasant application of the man’s art.

Sing it, John.
