Look at my buns

If you want buns, nothing else will do.  Then you have to make some.  I’ve been desirous of the buns since Thursday, but due to other factors, I had to put this off until Sunday.  It was worth it.

I minced a few cloves of garlic and some green onion and tossed it in hot oil for half a minute.  Then add about 3/4 pounds of pork cut it into very small cubes for another minute or so.  Finally, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a corn starch/stock slurry.  Continued to stir fry until nicely glazed.

The dough had already been doing its thing for the better part of the afternoon, so the pork mix just had to cool and then it was time to assemble.
